At their January meeting, DCA Board of Directors thanked members of the Stakeholder Engagement Committee (SEC) for their time and feedback. The SEC was a group of 20 Delta-area stakeholders assembled in November 2019 to obtain technical information and provide local input to DCA engineers during development of the conceptual project alignments of the Proposed Delta Conveyance Project. DCA has provided conceptual plans to the Department of Water Resources (DWR) for environmental analysis. The DCA Board of Directors unanimously passed a resolution to sunset the group.
