The DCA is pleased to issue a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for Geotechnical Exploration and Reporting Services. The DCA requires the services of consultant(s) to provide geotechnical investigation, testing, and reporting services for the implementation of the Delta Conveyance Project during the permitting and planning phase. The geotechnical consultant will assist the DCA with subsurface exploration, laboratory testing of soil and water samples, and preparation of Geotechnical Data Reports. A complete description of the scope of services and contract requirements is provided in the RFQ
