Mark Gilkey

Alternate Director, representing Dudley Ridge Water District (Class 3 and 7)

Mark Gilkey has been working in water management for over forty years.  Mr. Gilkey is presently serving as Executive Director of the Westside Water Authority (WWA).  The Westside Water Authority manages and provides essential services to Dudley Ridge Water District, Belridge Water Storage District, Berrenda Mesa Water District and Lost Hills Water District. Mr. Gilkey serves as General Manager for all four of WWA’s water agencies covering about 413 square miles in Kern and Kings Counties.  WWA’s water agencies receive most of their water supplies from the State Water Project.

Mr. Gilkey participates and serves on a number of Boards and Committees.  In addition, Mr. Gilkey serves as Executive Director of the Westside District Water Authority GSA and the Westside Water Quality Coalition.
